Temporary & Seasonal Jobs

Harley-Davidson uses a seasonal workforce for a variety of jobs within our manufacturing facilities and at the Museum.

Manufacturing

Harley-Davidson uses a Casual Workforce Program for a variety of work options within our manufacturing facilities nationwide. As a Casual, you will receive complete training in modern manufacturing techniques and processes and will learn how to build the world’s most sought-after motorcycles in our state-of-the-art facilities. Our Casual employees play an important role in helping Harley-Davidson achieve critical business results by allowing us to quickly respond to customer demand as well as cover for training, vacation, and other absences.

Positions are temporary with scheduled hours and the potential for overtime. Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED OR one year of related work experience OR a manufacturing skills standard certification.

Harley-Davidson Museum

The Harley-Davidson Museum leverages a seasonal workforce from May through Labor Day weekend. Associates at the Museum are an important part of our guests’ experiences – they are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for providing positive, engaging experiences to guests from around the world. As a seasonal employee, there are two positions available.

Visitor Experience Associates (VEA) are located inside the Harley-Davidson Museum, supporting guests throughout the Museum experience. VEAs can be found greeting guests as they enter the Museum, promoting and selling museum tickets and enhancements such as tours, or getting guests familiar with the layout of the Museum at its entrance.

Retail Sales Associates (RSA) support retail selling in The Shop, which is part of the overall Harley-Davidson Museum experience, providing guests the opportunity to ‘take a piece’ of the museum home with them. This role assists in the creation of merchandising displays, educating guests on the product, inventory replenishment, and transactions at the point of sale.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in a customer-facing work environment is preferred.
